Business Development Partner Manager - Healthcare & Fitness Come be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple! Apple's Services team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for healthcare & fitness to help massively grow our Apple Services business through 3rd party partnerships.
You will be supporting the Services team's global growth efforts, with a focus on developing new partnership opportunities, negotiation of deal framework and terms, and leading existing strategic partners.
In collaboration with Apple's engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations and other cross-functional teams, you'll develop solutions for some of the most complex partnership challenges.
The role requires a highly motivated and experienced teammate, with great attention to detail, who is able to work with multiple internal and external teams.
We are looking for a self-starter, who can run and develop partnerships with partners within the Healthcare & Fitness industries to distribute and market our Apple subscription services (Apple Fitness+, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+).
Key Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience with B2B Partnerships, Business Development or Enterprise Account Management.
Passion for Healthcare& Fitness, energy and aim to develop and grow a multi-billion dollar business program globally.
Experience in running or selling valuable services and/or promotional bundles to third parties.
Strong understanding of both healthcare& fitness industries.
Robust business network at senior Executive level.
Consistent record of successful negotiation with both 3rd parties and cross-functionally within a large business structure.
Experience with customer loyalty programs a bonus.
Strong command of business and financial modeling.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in negotiating with government entities a plus.
Description - Help to build business models and programs that help partners to achieve their business goals.
- Lead negotiations with distribution partners to ensure that our Apple subscription services are made available to large volumes of customers and marketed in accordance with Apple's high standards.
- Lead project management activities for integrating partners into the Apple's services platform.
- Lead the ongoing commercial relationships with partners including reporting, analysis and contract renegotiations.
Education& Experience BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Additional Requirements The role involves domestic and international travel.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $134,400 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
